The
Baader-Johnson Story
Baader-Johnson
was founded in 1946 as The Gordon Johnson Company in response to
the need for automated defeathering of chickens. Since that time,
Baader-Johnson has become a leading manufacturer of poultry and
turkey processing products throughout North America and select
international markets.
In
1997, Johnson combined its poultry operations with Baader
Food Processing Machinery, the
world leader in fish processing equipment, which is based in
Lubeck, Germany. With the addition of Baader's line of second
processing
machinery for poultry
(such as
skinners, deboners and meat separators) Baader-Johnson became a
full-line manufacturer and distributor of value-added processing
solutions.
